If I don't lose this weight, I won't be around as long as I would be if I were healthy and full of energy. I have to do this.
So my first thing will be to attempt to go on a bike ride in a little while.
If you don't hear from me within 48 hours.....look for me in a ditch. I will be the one under the bike!
UPDATE: Um......does anyone know how to put air in a bike tire??

There will be a stem sticking out of the rim, unscrew the cap and the air goes in there. You can do it LeighAnn!!
