So I have been getting an iced one pump mocha, but with no whip cream. It's gross if you put whipped cream on iced coffee, but hot I don't like unless it's on there. So I am drinking iced ones right now. I would prefer hot, but my hips don't like it.
So many people I know are losing weight and I keep yelling at them OH WAIT.....HERE IT IS, OVER HERE....I FOUND IT!! ON MY A**!!

You can do it, I know you can! Have you thought of going to the gym for 15 minutes? 15 minutes would be like a little warm up... ya know, then you might get inspired to go back for 30 minutes next time!
Good idea, go to the gym or put Maui on a leash and go for a 15 minute walk (or drag in my case). Keep moving Leigh Ann. Also have you tried the McDonalds Sugar Free Vanilla Ice coffee...HEAVEN!!! Make sure you get the sugar free syrup. Also if you need a quick snack while you are out and about the McDonalds Chicken Snack Wraps are good and not so bad for you.
You know what is kind of funny? If I move my head from side to side your background changes from blue to green on my laptop screen.
You should plant a small vegetable garden. I eat so much better when I can pick my own salads and what not. If you don't know anyone that is a gardener I am sure there is landscape people in your area that could help you out.
When I release fat from my body it is just that "a release" because I don't want to say I lost it because I don't EVER want to find them again. Good luck on your weight release journey. I have started down the road to be 50 lbs. lighter by the time that I turn 50 and that is just a smidge more than 7 months. Let's keep each other pumped up.
