I have a serious emotional eating problem. I had a mocha for breakfast with a chocolate cookie.
Then for lunch I went out with friends and we went to a Philippine restaurant, and let me tell you THEY FRY EVERYTHING!!
I did okay there, except for this thing called Crispy Pata, which I love. The first time they brought it out, I swear I thought it was a DINOSAUR FOOT!! Go to Yahoo images if you want to see what it looks like. It's funny looking, but man does it taste incredible!!
Oh, and then I had some Taco Bell.
This blog is a learning experience for me, and boy do I need to learn! I have a feeling I am going to be here for a while.
This seems to be so much harder than paying off the debt.
OK, tomorrow I am going to try to change one thing.
My breakfast.
I will get a nonfat latte and no pastry.
Hopefully I can refrain from feeling like I need to get the thing I have always gotten. We are creatures of habit and this is going to be a really hard habit to break.
I still can't figure out for the life of me how to blow up my bike tires!!

Dan mentioned the valve stem. You have to have a pump to fill the tire with air. You might want to take it to a gas station with an air compressor. Don't you check the tire pressure on you car occasionally? Just like filling auto tires. Heed the PSI recommendations though.
thats what i told you to do 2 weeks ago!!
bows to the dudes at gas stations!
Lynne: It says online not to pump up tires at gas stations, that they can explode!
That would be just my luck. Having tire shrapnel fly through my forehead!
So you're gonna sit there for how long with a flat tire?? LOL
Or there's a funny thing called a bike shop! Take it in and ask someone for H*E*L*P! ;)
Your not suppose to pump up you bicycle tires at a gas station? Wow I have been doing this for years. I better buy a tire pump.
Leigh Ann it is easy, get a little pump and some said stick tighten it around the valve and start pumping. You will get excercise point for that.
Leigh Ann, here is a trick I use when I have to have something sweet. I get a Skinny Vanilla Latte from Starbucks and I eat one of those individual package Rice Crispy treat. Hits the spot and it sure is a lot better for you then lets say the half gallon of Ice Cream I really want. Oh and do not buy the treats at Starbucks, they are fatty and huge and not good for you. If you need a snack do not deprive yourself but get a smaller sized.
